As one of limited number of Sponsors, the Sponsor's image will be given the prominence during the whole period of China Vending Show & Summit: the name and logo of the Sponsor will always appear on various advertisements of China Vending Show & Summit and mass media publicity so as to ensure that the Sponsor gains sufficient publicity among the industry associates and the popularity of Sponsor's brand name is enhanced. As the Sponsor, you may also obtain the opportunity to have a face-to-face exchange and discussion with the presidents and directors general of four major vending associations worldwide.
A. Diamond Sponsor (Exclusive), Sponsorship: USD$20,000
The sponsor who chooses to join in the sponsorship of this exhibition and conference in the capacity of diamond class will obtain the absolute priority in all the activities before, during and after the exhibition and conference. The aim of this sponsorship is to let your company become the distinguished leader of this exhibition and conference, and to show your leading position in the international vending society.
1. Keynote speech at the conference: one session (Morning of the first day, 40 minutes);
2. The host will express thanks to the Sponsor at the opening ceremony.
3. A 30-minute presentation video on the Sponsor's products/service promotion will be played before the opening cocktail party. (Note: The contents of presentation and VCD supplied by the Sponsor).
4. CEO of the Sponsor will make a speech at the Awarding Evening Party (5 minutes);
5. Show space: 1 specially-decorated booth of 54 m2 (6m x 9m);
6. Show catalogue advertising: 1 full-page colored advertisement on the back cover of the Show Catalogue;
7. Media special interview: in-depth interviews of no less than 3 famous media;
8. Your company's logo will appear in all the marketing and promotion activities specified in the contract, such as direct mails of newsletters, advertising publicity, exhibition website, and admission tickets, etc;
9. Your company's logo will appear on all backdrops on the conference site and related XO stands and other promotional articles;
10. Your company's logo will appear on the Chinese and English websites of the exhibition and conference, and a super-link between the Expo website and your website will be set up;
11. The company profile (300 characters/words in Chinese/English each) and speech contents (Chinese /English, PPT form) will be published in the Show Catalogue;
12. During the exhibition and conference, new releases of your company will be sent out by email broadcaster to all the visiting media;
13. The Sponsor may use the data of Expo Visitors Database twice in the coming year free of charge;
14. 2 ritual models will wear color ribbons printed with the Sponsor's logo will be arranged to greet guests at the entrance of the opening cocktail party. If necessary, the Sponsor may also provide the clothing and gifts printed with the company name and logo for the on-site personnel, models, and host/hostess, etc.
15. The Organizing Committee will help the Sponsor distribute its company material, gifts and promotional articles.

1. The Sponsor's logo will be printed on all the badge holder necklaces (this necklace will be printed and made by the Organizing Committee, totaling 10,000 pcs.). The Sponsor's name and logo will appear on the necklaces of 10,000 visitors.
2. The Sponsor's name and logo will appear on the promotional materials of the Expo;

Notice to Sponsors
The Organizing Committee will adhere to the principle of fair competition and provide fair and equal competition opportunities for all businesses.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to consult with its experts/advisors group and make the final determination to the designated sponsors.
If there are too many sponsors for individual items, and some services are too limited to make some late comers to enjoy completely the above return benefits of certain class of sponsorship, the Organizing Committee will adopt other compensation approaches instead.
Sponsors should submit in time to the Organizing Committee the necessary correct and complete advertising materials (including: written words, pictures, films, and MO, etc.)
Sponsors may consult with the Organizing Committee to determine specific sponsorship contents, and terms and conditions according to the actual circumstances.
The final interpretation right of this sponsorship program belongs to the Organizing Committee. |
