Hotel Reservation:
In order to help overseas international exhibitors and visitors to attend the exhibition smoothly, preferential room rates will be offered to them for lodging in the hotels designated by the Organizing Committee. If you are interested in the following hotels, please download the Hotel Reservation Form to fill it out clearly, and then submit it by fax or e-mail to the Secretariat Office of the Organizing Committee before June 15, 2008. Because the hotel rooms are in great demand during the Expo, all the rooms are reserved on the basis of "first-come-first-served" until they are fully occupied. All room reservation shall come into effect upon receipt of the Letter of Confirmation for Hotel Reservation issued by the designated hotel or the Organizing Committee. |
