Penalties on Violation of Regulations  
 

For those who violate relevant rules and regulations, the Organizing Committee shall deal with them as per the following regulations:

1. Where special booth decoration contractors enter the Hall for construction without " construction permit",      they shall be ordered to quit and leave and be instructed to apply for work permit.

2. Where booth construction goes on in defiance of "Safety Management Regulations", the contractor shall      be ordered to stop for rectification.

3. Where exhibitor connects power supply without approval or increases electric appliances, upon being      found, power supply should be cut off at once. If economic loss has been incurred, the exhibitor is      responsible for compensation to the Exhibition.

4. Where booth construction units do not hang out their construction permits at prominent places during      construction, do not work according to drawings or exceed the work scope stipulated by construction      permit, once found, Exhibition personnel shall give oral warning, if the warning is ignored, the Organizing      Committee shall revoke its construction permit and all the consequences arising there from shall be      borne by the exhibitor.

5. Where exhibitor dismantle and alter standard booth and makeup inside booth without permission, an      oral warning shall be given and the original state shall be forced to be restored and a fine of double the      expenses incurred by such restoration shall be imposed on; where damage of loss of show material      occur, compensation for the price shall be ordered.

6. Where words on fascia board have been altered without authorization, or where the original fascia board      of standard booth has been covered up in any form, it shall be forced to restore the original state and a      fine of double the expenses incurred by such restoration shall be imposed on.

7. Where material or show boards are sawed or cut, a fine of double the original prices of damaged articles      shall be imposed on; where show material and show board are painted, nailed or drilled, the original      price of the damaged articles shall be compensated.

8. Where walls, boards and passage columns in the Hall are stuck with foam glue or when standard booth      is pasted up fully and mounted again, once discovered,anoral warning shall be given to order the violator      to restore them to original state,to repay the price of the damaged devices and tear down the pasting at      once.

9. Where packing boxes, packing articles, scraps of paper and other odds and ends are stored in the booth,      once discovered, such are regarded as abandoned waste and shall be cleared up by Exhibition      personnel.

10. During move-out, posters in booth and special build-up in special booth should be removed and        cleaned out of the Hall by the user units; exhibits and samples of exhibitors must be moved out of the        Hall fully and within the specified time. If the above-mentioned things remain there without permission        from security department of Exhibition, such shall be regarded as abandoned waste to be disposed of;        in case of violation, a circular of criticism will be issued at next Exhibition and all the expenses and        losses incurred, therefore, shall be borne by the exhibitor.

11. Where any show material, devices of the exhibition, electric devices, communication equipment and        other facilities are taken out of the Hall during move-out without authorization, the violator shall be        criticized via a circular and a fine of double the original price shall be imposed on.

12. Penalty for smokers in violation:
(1) For exhibitor, the smoker shall be educated and criticized if serious consequences occur, he is subject        to punishment by the state law and regulations.
(2) For other personnel, the smoker's badge for entry shall be confiscated; if seriousconsequences occur,        he is subject to punishment by the state law and rules.

13. During the show, if any exhibitor places exhibits on the passage and refuses to listen to advice, the        Organizing Committee shall detain temporarily the exhibits in violation of rules.

14. Where information leaflet is handed out outside the booth, such information shall be confiscated.

15. Where any badge for entry is lent, the badge shall be confiscated and the borrower shall be brought out,        and the lender is subject to liabilities.

16. If anyone disobeys the check-up of security personnel and makes trouble without reason, his entry        badge shall be confiscated and the violator shall be taken to security department for penalty; if serious        consequences occur, he shall be turned over to police station according to law
