Shanghai Tiansheng Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. is the official signer of booth rental agreement/contract authorized by the Organizing Committee. Upon signatures by the two parties, the terms and conditions of this agreement shall be agreed upon between Shanghai Tiansheng Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. and the exhibitor signing the agreement. In order to conform to the overall layout of the exhibition floor, the Organizing Committee is entitled to make adjustments to the locations of certain booths. This agreement comes into effect in a fax format.

8. Payment:
The exhibitor shall make the participation fees payable in full or 50% as deposit within one week after the signature of this agreement. Otherwise, the reserved booth shall be cancelled.

10. Other items:
a. The public liability insurance of this exhibition is undertaken by the Organizing Committee. The insurance     procedures for exhibitor's attendees and exhibits are arranged by the Organizing Committee.
b. Upon payment of the participation fees, the exhibitor shall fax the note of bank transfer to the Organizing     Committee. The allocation of booths is based on the principle of "first-come-first-served" in terms of     application and payment. Enterprises who need water, electricity and gas shall submit an application in     advance and be liable for the fees as required.
c. After paying for the deposit, exhibitors are not permitted to withdraw from the exhibition or reduce booths, nor     can they showcase any products irrelevant to the exhibition subject and scope. Otherwise, the Organizing     Committee shall be entitled to cancel their participation right and the deposit shall not be refunded.
